GST, BAS or Activity Statement

The Business Activity Statement (BAS) is a tax reporting requirement for businesses by the ATO on either a monthly or quarterly basis. It’s used for reporting and paying goods and services tax (GST), pay as you go (PAYG) installments, PAYG withholding tax and other tax obligations. When you register for an Australian business number (ABN) and GST, we will prepare and send you a BAS when it is time to lodge. 

All businesses registered for GST are required to lodge with ATO a BAS before the due date.

All businesses must comply with Australian Tax Office obligations; most important of which are related to Goods and Services Tax (GST) and income tax on profits. Tax compliance further include guarantee superannuation deposits, fringe benefits. Any businesses that are found not be in compliance will face hefty fines and possibly other penalties.
